We invite you to join us for our worship gatherings each Sunday and we have college specific gatherings throughout the week and month that are updated on our calendar at the bottom of this page! HOME GROUPS
Home Groups are our small groups that meet together once a week to dive into scriptural truths, share our struggles, and lift one another up in prayer. We meet in homes and are led by spiritual leaders from within our church body.
How are Home Groups split up?
Home Groups are divided based on gender, schedule availability, and season of life.
What do I need to bring to Home Group?
Come as you are! It is recommended that you bring a Bible and a notebook, but if you don’t have one we would love to provide you with one at group!

KOINONIA NIGHTS
Koinonia is the Greek word for fellowship - both between us and Christ, and us with one another.
Our college community practices Koinonia in several ways throughout the month. On the Third Thursday of each month, we gather for a shared meal, before spending the evening in worship and prayer, centered around a single passage of Scripture. Our desire is to begin each month by intentionally encountering Jesus together and deepening our relationship with Him. On the weeks when we are not gathering at the church, we host community events such as pickleball tournaments, game nights, and shared meals. Our heart is to build authentic community that stretches beyond the walls of Embrace Church and into our everyday lives together.
OTHER RHYTHMS
Each semester, we take a day to travel up to the Lake with our college students.
We also host a weekend Winter Retreat early in the Spring Semester, diving into spiritual teaching and community, as well as fun activities with one another.
Following finals and kicking off the Summer, we travel to Kentucky together to attend a conference called the Awakening Project.
MENTORING
We connect students with spiritual leaders within Embrace to walk alongside them and point them to Jesus in their everyday lives. This creates a safe space where students explore their questions, wrestle honestly with what they believe, and deepen their relationship with Jesus. Students and mentors meet weekly or biweekly. Let us know if you are interested in being connected with a mentor.
