EMBRACE COLLEGE RETREAT

When:  January 30th - February 1st

Where:  Shocco Springs - Talladega, AL

Who: Any college students or young adults in the 18-23 year age range!

Why:  Our hope is to create space for students to slow down, connect deeply with Jesus, and build genuine relationships with one another - growing together in faith and community in a way that carries back home into everyday life.

Cost:  $60 per student (includes lodging, meals, transportation, activities, etc.)

When is the registration deadline?: The deadline to sign up is January 23rd!

More Details:

  • We will start the weekend off with a night of prayer at Embrace Church and leave Saturday morning (at 10:00, don’t worry it won’t be super early!).

  • We are staying in a beautiful large house on Shocco’s campus.

  • In addition to spiritual teaching and community, we will enjoy fun Shocco activities such as hiking and zip lining.

  • All meals and transportation will be provided.

  • If cost is ever a barrier we would love to help! Our heart is that all students who desire to attend would be able to go!

REGISTER FOR THE RETREAT BY:

1) Completing the Sign-Up Form below.

2) Completing the Embrace waiver & release form and the Shocco Springs Waiver. (These will be emailed to you after completing the sign up form below).

3) Making your payment of $60. You can pay online on our main Giving page by choosing “College Retreat 2026” in the “Fund” dropdown box. Or, if paying by check, please specify “College Retreat” on the memo line and drop it in an Offering basket or get it to Campbell Smith.
